The use of this site is subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
1. All prices are quoted in G.B.P.
2. All prices are inclusive of V.A.T unless otherwise stated
3. The prices stated for the goods on the website may be subject to change or correction at any time without liability on the part of Chinawarehousedirect.com.
4. Chinawarehousedirect.com will retain ownership of the product until payment has been received in full.
5. Postage and Packing charges are extra unless stated at the point of order.
6. It is the aim of Chinawarehousedirect.com to despatch goods within 7 working days, although this cannot be guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to third parties.
7. All risk will pass onto the customer on receipt of the goods by the customer.
8. Products are to be inspected on receipt by the customer and will be deemed to have been accepted unless we are notified within 7 days in writing or by e-mail.
9. If an item is not in stock, we shall notify the buyer within 2 working days with an approximate delivery time where upon the buyer has the option to wait for the items or to cancel the order. Any refund due will be refunded as soon as possible but not later than 30 days from notification.
10. All goods to be returned must be preferably in their original packaging or sufficiently packaged and in their original unused condition to qualify for a refund. Any refund due on items returned will be issued within 30 days.
11. If any part of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid or unenforceable, this does not invalidate the remainder of the terms and conditions listed.
12. The above terms and conditions may be revised at anytime without notice.
13. None of the terms and conditions listed affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
** Return policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item or items to us in their original packaging and condition. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt for a return. We will then issue a refund on receipt of goods.
Please note:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that when returning the item you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We will not bear responsibility for any item returned to us in a damaged state.
Returning the item to us is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. If otherwise agreed, we will notify you in writing within 3 days of receipt of the order.
Parcels can take up to 14 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
